Green Booster Salad with Radicchio, Orange & Chia Seeds
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 cups – Organic Chopped Romaine Lettuce
- 1 cup – Organic chopped radicchio
- 2 – Peeled & Chopped Organic Oranges
- 2 tbs – Organic Chia Seeds
- Juice of 1 Organic Lemon
- 2 tbs – Himalayan Salt
- 2 tbs – Organic Cold Pressed Olive Oil
Directions:
- Mix leaves in a large bowl
- In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, Himalayan salt & lemon juice till you get an even consistency (Feel free to add more lemon juice to taste. If making this recipe to lose weight, keep the oil to 2 tbs.)
- Add the lemon sauce to the leaves and mix
- Sprinkle the peeled chopped oranges and chia seeds on top of the leaves and mix
