INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of dry Hummus
- 1/3 cup olive oil (or any other oil you have)
- 1/3 cup of silane (date syrup)
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dry chili
- 1/2 chili pepper finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon salt
DIRECTIONS
- Soak the chickpeas in plenty of water for 8 hours or overnight
- Place the grains in a pot with plenty of water (without salt) and cook until the grains are soft but not break
- Drain and let cool completely
- Heat oven to 350F
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl
- Transfer the chickpeas to a bowl and mix well so that they are completely wrapped in the seasoning mixture
- Pour the Chickpeas on a baking pan lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes
- Remove the pan from the oven, stir carefully and bake for another 15 minutes
- make sure the grains don’t burn
- Remove from oven, allow to cool and serve
