A healthy gut is an important part of the healthy body and looks. - Think about your diet plan. Whole, unprocessed foods with a lot of fiber like seeds, beans, whole grains, can help.
- Find out if you have food sensitivities or even allergies. That will help to eliminate food that is harmful to each individually (gluten, soy, corn, dairy products, etc.).
- Threat infections – don’t let them be something that you can live with
- Take digestive enzymes, extra omega 3 supplements, gut-healing nutrients, and other things.
