Chamomile & Lavender Stress Relief Tea
- 1 cup dried lemon balm leaves
- 1/2 cup dried chamomile flowers
- 2 tablespoons dried lavender flowers
- 2 tablespoons dried rosebuds
- 2 cups water
- Honey, to taste
Set a pot with the 2 cups of water to boil. Mix all of the dried herbs together in a separate container. Once the water starts to boil, remove it from the heat. Then add 2 tablespoons of the herb mixture, cover, and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain and serve with honey!
