Doctors recommend exercising for more about 30 minutes a day for adults, but during the rest of the 23.5 hours in your day, it is important to stay active and avoid sitting for too long.
Get up; spend less time on your chair. Even at your work, try to take the stairs, walk around the hall, and hold walking meetings. Chat with colleagues instead of sending an email.
