RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please do not accept delivery of damaged packages. In the event of a damaged package, please give it back to the carrier for return to sender (Mor’s Nutrition and More), at the sender’s expense. A replacement of returned items will follow ONLY upon receipt of the damaged package.
RETURNS/REFUNDS ON SUPPLEMENTS
Supplements cannot be returned and are NOT refundable once shipped to your location. All sales on supplements are final.
RETURNS/REFUNDS ON TEST KITS
Test kits are NOT refundable once issued and we do NOT accept returns. All sales on test kits are final. Please ensure you are 100% certain of your decision before making a purchase.
RETURNS/REFUND ON NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION PACKAGE
Nutritional Consultation packages (10 sessions of 30min/each) can NOT be returned, fully or partially, and are NOT refundable once the program started. Please ensure you are 100% certain before making a purchase.
ALL OTHER RETURNS
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Pre-approval is required on all returns.
In order to gain authorization for a return, please email us at contact@mor-nutrition4life.com with the following:
- “Return Request” in the subject line
- Your order number
- Reason for the request
- Your contact information in the body of the email
After receiving authorization for your return, be sure to use a shipping method that includes tracking. (Returns do not include shipping and handling.)
By placing an order with Mor’s Nutrition and More, you agree to the following:
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges can be made on products more than 10 days after receipt
- Products that have been opened cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced.
- Special order bars and refrigerated products are non-refundable and non-returnable
- The Balance Keto PALEO Bars are heat sensitive and can melt. We strongly recommend shipping our bars with expedited shipping to prevent melting. In the warmer months (May-October), we highly suggest waiting 24 hours before consuming the bars.
Mor’s Nutrition and More is not responsible for items that have been returned without previous authorization or that have been lost or damaged in return shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped by regular USPS, or UPS ground unless faster delivery is requested. If requested, additional fees will be incurred.
A tracking number will be sent to reassure your delivery
DELAYS MAY OCCUR:
1. Due to stock availability, storewide sales, and unforeseeable weather conditions.
2. In the case that shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to backlog from holidays and unforeseen events.
