Prostate Health Pomegranate Smoothie
- 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
- 8 ounces pomegranate juice
- 1 cut, frozen banana
- ½ cup sliced, frozen strawberries
Put the yogurt, juice, and fruit into a blender and blend!
