Not Getting Enough Sleep and Weight Gain Connection

No doubt, the benefits of full sweet night sleep are more significant than we thought. Getting back to a routine full night sleep is a process that takes time. Try to get to bed an hour early then you used to. Darken the room that you sleep. Consider shut down your laptop at least one hour before so your body will be able to produce the sleeping hormone, melatonin.
