Losing weight takes time and effort.

To avoid regaining your weight back you must:

  1. Be aware of food proportions.
  2. Be aware of your daily fats intake (no more than 2 teaspoons a day).
  3. Be aware of your daily carbs/sugar intake.
  4. Eat breakfast.
  5. Consume more vegetables than fruits.
  6. Choose lean protein.
  7. Eat the same numbers of meals each day and at the same time.
  8. Plan your meals.
  9. Drink enough water.
  10. Exercise at least 1 hour, 3 times a week.
