Losing weight takes time and effort.
To avoid regaining your weight back you must:
- Be aware of food proportions.
- Be aware of your daily fats intake (no more than 2 teaspoons a day).
- Be aware of your daily carbs/sugar intake.
- Eat breakfast.
- Consume more vegetables than fruits.
- Choose lean protein.
- Eat the same numbers of meals each day and at the same time.
- Plan your meals.
- Drink enough water.
- Exercise at least 1 hour, 3 times a week.
