The most efficient way how to stop is to deal with weight because only then the fat cells shrink and don’t send signals that trigger inflammation. Laboratory testing can help to provide some more detailed information and further options for the treatment. People should also know that inflammation has adverse effects on aging and oxidative stress. You should try fish oils or other supplements that can help to treat different problems.
