Try out some fast and healthy brussels sprout hash recipe!

Ingredients

2 bunches of Brussels sprouts, roughly chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 pkgs of smoked bacon, cut into ¼ inch pieces

Salt and pepper

 

Directions

  • In a large skillet cook bacon over medium-high heat until almost done, about 7 minutes.
  • Add Brussels sprouts and sauté over medium heat until soft; add garlic, salt and pepper. Continue to sauté until just brown.
  • Serve immediately.
