Ingredients

6 oz (=170 grams) organic grass-fed beef steak, cut cubes

3-6 fresh, organic garlic cloves, chopped

3 fresh, organic carrots, diced

2 organic diced golden beets

1 cup fresh, organic onion, chopped

1 to 1.5 cups organic beef broth

1 fresh, organic tomato, chopped

2-3 fresh, organic bok-choy, cut half
Directions
- Sauté onion over oil on a large pan, till brown
- Add beef and cook for 5 minutes
- Add carrots, tomatoes, golden beets, red wine, oregano and basil. Cook about 1 hour
- Add cut bok choy at the last 10 minutes of cooking or till it gets soft
- Serve with ¼ cup quinoa
