  • 3 ounces (85g) organic precooked tuna steak (or 1 tuna can)
  • 2 cups fresh organic chopped celery
  • ½ cup fresh organic green onions
  • 2 fresh organic chopped tomatoes or radishes
  • 2 tbsp. organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. organic flax seeds
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. wasabi powder
  • 2 tbsp. organic Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise (of Earth Balance – Mayo)


Cooking Tuna:

  • Smoke onion and tuna steak on sunflower oil, season with salt and black pepper till meat tender
  • Chopped the cooked tuna steak into small pieces



  • Place celery, green onion and tomatoes/radishes in a bowel
  • Add precooked chopped tuna (or tuna can)
  • Add wasabi powder, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, black pepper and flax seeds
  • Mix all ingredients until well combined
  • Serve at room temperature or cold after refrigerate for few hours
