When the system has an overload of various stressors (work, sleep problems, etc.), inflammation (from mercury, heavy metals, pesticides, fertilizers, etc.), and other harmful aspects, people have symptoms mentioned before, or they get sick. I as a Board certified nutrition specialist have many experiences when people have hidden food allergies and other issues that are so hidden that they don’t know about and usually come with complaining about their weight problems or some entirely different matters. For some natural detoxification with drinking enough of pure water, using simple fruit and veggie detox can be sufficient to fix gut and other problems, but others might need a more complex problem solving and even supplements for the gut, detoxification support, etc. Not all things that you can buy at the store like body detox drinks are the best for any severe treatment because to take back health is something that needs personal medical advice.
