Is it true that kids need to take dietary supplements?

As parents, we are concerned with our kid’s health. This question often arises when we think that our kids don’t eat enough food or not enough of what we as adults consider being “healthy foods.” As a professional nutritionist and a mother of 2, I would encourage you to do whatever you can to include real food in your children’s diet. Parents need to remember that it takes time for children to accept new tastes so don’t give up if your child refuses to eat healthy food at first.
