Anti-Inflammatory– 10 minute Recipes: Turmeric Curry Chicken

Take a look at the easy Turmeric Curry Chicken recipe that is possible to prepare in 10 minutes!


  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsb curry powder
  • 4 shallots, sliced
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 chopped broccoli
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • Chopped hot pepper
  • ½ cup of water
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric



  • Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic, shallots 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat. Add the water (if needed add ¼ cup of water), turmeric and curry powder and stir.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well. Let simmer slowly for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Spoon it over some basmati rice, or quinoa.
